As a parent, carer or young person, you know how hard it can be to navigate the UK’s SEND system. When you work with us, our services will be in your corner every step of the way: we provide support for families, so you don’t need to do this alone.

Our SEND Collaborative families are the reason we do what we do.

We work with parents, carers and young people, getting the right support in place so that children and young people with SEND can thrive. All young people deserve the right support, and seeing children feel more confident, happy and supported is what truly lights up our lives.

We talk about the people we work with as ‘our families’, because once we’ve worked together, we really feel that way! We’re all in and will listen, laugh, cry and celebrate with you throughout your journey. You’ll become part of our SEND Collaborative family - including the option to join our private Facebook community with other parents and carers.

We helped over 300 families!
All the DLA and PIP applications we worked on with families were successful.
95% of EHCP drafts were significantly improved after the LA incorporated amendments we suggested.
All our Education Health and Care Needs Assessments were successful, with only a few not being accepted due to Local Authority policy.
100% success in overturning refusal to assess and refusal to issue an EHCP.
We were successful in all of our appeals relating to EHCP contents and placement.
Our specialist post-16 service launched, covering year 11 and 12 options, further and higher education, careers, training, vocational courses, volunteering and life skills support.
We ate a lot of cake, shared tears and laughter with our families, watched lots of our young people thrive and feel fulfilled for the first time in years, worked with some outstanding and compassionate professionals, worked around some not-so-outstanding ones, and got a lot of hard work done.
